VDSW licensed kite-centre

Schooling to obtain an internationally valid kite licence

Basics:
To start into this beautiful sport we recommend doing a complete basic course. This is the best way to start easily into a safe kite life.
Being instructed in all necessary basic moves and self rescue manoeuvres you are able to practise on your own without being a danger for yourself or others after the course.

The main part is practical work on the water but we will provide all necessary theoretical basics for you i.e. priority rules as well. At the end you will go through an exam to obtain an international valid kite license. This is conditional for the renting of equipment from kite centres or for performing the kite sport on inland lakes.

The 12 hrs basic course (within 3-5 days) is mainly recommended for people who have no major board experience.
If you already have settled board experience, the 8 hrs course (within 2-3 days) should be enough.
